General Aviation Maintenance Technician Job Description

We are seeking experienced Aviation Maintenance Technicians to join our team at multiple locations in Arizona, Utah, Texas, and Wyoming. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aircraft maintenance and repair, with a focus on delivering safe and reliable aircraft operations.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on aircraft to ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company standards
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on various aircraft components
- Conduct repairs and replacements of aircraft parts and systems as needed
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation for all work performed
- Collaborate with other maintenance technicians and aircraft engineers to resolve complex technical issues
- Comply with all safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment

Qualifications:
- FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) Mechanic certification
- FAA Inspection Authorization (IA) Certification (for Utah and Wyoming locations)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in aviation maintenance
- Strong knowledge of aircraft systems, components, and avionics
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Flexible schedule to accommodate maintenance needs, including nights and weekends
