
Aviation Maintenance Admin Clerk at our AZ location
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Aviation Maintenance Admin clerk to join our team at our AZ locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, particularly in the aviation industry preferred.
Demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop skills specific to the role; we are committed to providing comprehensive training for the right candidate to ensure success.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with maintaining maintenance records and logs for all aircraft in our fleet & customer aircraft
- Coordinate with maintenance technicians to ensure timely completion of work orders
- Assist in parts department as needed
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating aircraft inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities
- Provide administrative support to the maintenance team, including filing, data entry, and answering phones
- Assist with documenting and updating maintenance procedures and protocols
- Monitor compliance with all aviation regulations and safety standards
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in office administration, preferably in the aviation industry
- Knowledge of aviation maintenance processes and procedures
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
